All orders are processed from our home warehouse in Málaga, Spain, and shipped securely via Correos.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment confirmation. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

TAX RATE:

EU orders: VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country.

International orders outside EU: Taxes may not be automatically calculated.

Important: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country. These fees are collected by the carrier (Correos or local postal service) upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages
